The record looks to be in very good (+), maybe a little better, condition, with only light wispy hairlines visible. The playback is excellent, I played the whole album and the sound is rich, deep and clear, with no problems.
The sleeve is in very good condition, intact but showing signs of ring and shelf wear.  If you have any questions, please ask.  Photos below.
