DESCRIPTION:
Hi, This is an Original 1962, Red Label Release of "Love Me Do" by The Beatles. Issued by EMI on the Parlophone Label
with "P.S I Love You" on the B-Side. The Catalogue Number is 45-R 4949 with the 1N Matrix Numbers.
This is one of the very early pressings that DOES NOT INCLUDE include the text MADE IN GT. BRITAIN which is located
under the Parlophone Trade Mark Logo on the right hand side of the spindle hole. This is very rare!!
This copy also has the Tax Code 'PT' embossed on the Push-Out Centre Section of the A-Side Label.
The Mother Stampers in the run-out grooves are '(P)ZT1' at 9 o'clock on both sides. If you look closely there is also a third
letter 'P' etched above the 'Z'. Please see the example below of how they are etched into the run-out grooves....

The Vinyl I would grade as Good+. There are no major scratches and it plays through very nicely with the minimum amount
of background interference or crackles. There are hairline markings as would expect but you have to catch it in the light to
see them.
The Labels are excellent! They still maintain a Deep Red Shine with Prominent Silver Text. Very minor wear to the Spindle
hole. There is NO writing, initials, scuffs, tears etc...
The Record is housed in the Original Parlophone "Diamond" Sleeve which has been kept in a Clear PVC Protective cover.
It will be despatched in this as well.
