THE BEATLES ~ love Me Do / P.S. I Love You TOLLIE records T 9008 45

"Love Me Do" is an early Lennon/McCartney song, principally written by Paul McCartney in 1958–1959 while playing truant from school aged 16.[1] John Lennon wrote the middle eight.[1][2][3] The song was The Beatles' first single, backed by "P.S. I Love You" and released on 5 October 1962. When the single was originally released in the United Kingdom, it peaked at number seventeen; in 1982 it was re-issued and reached number four. In the United States the single was a number one hit in 1964.

Nice copy of this CLASSIC BEATLES record, with only minimal signs of having been handled. The last two pictures show the closeups of the corners that were initially bent under the cover flap in the first 3 pics, have now been readjusted - i had to use a magnifying glass to see it because it was so minor a distraction - I haven't used a magnifying glass on sleeves before except for high price things - not records - like jewelry. The first pictures prompted lookers to ask if there was a rip there, but it was just a fold under, which of course renders creases. And realize that the original adhesive on the outer flap does not extend to the top of the sleeve as approx. 1/2" is left unglued to allow a bit of flexibility in placing in and removing the record. For the ultra anal, there is a minute amount of wear at the wear-prone corners, perhaps the size of an small ant head. See the latest 2 pics #6 & #7.

NOTE: I See similar copies going for much money and in less impressive condition than this one. THANK YOU!

Let the pics speak as I've posted 5 pictures complete with ENLARGE & ZOOM features (unlike many other sellers) to offer a forthright representation of this incredible record. Thus, item is as seen as is, which is pretty impressive.

Will ship promptly if paid promptly.

Won't be relisting - "It's now or never!
