I try and take the best pictures I can, as many as I can and describe the item to the best of my ability so there are no confusion on the condition of the item.

My items are from grams estate so the only history of those items is known from our family, I try to research original info but it is not always available.

I am also not an expert on everything I sell but I try my best so please ask questions.

PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase via Paypal.
SHIPPING:  After payment is made I normally ship within 24 hours on a business day (Monday-Friday)    excluding holidays. If shipping will be delayed   I will notify buyer of the delay (barring any unforeseen emergency). I try and use the cheapest shipping method possible. If you need your item shipped faster let me know before you pay and I will change your shipping method and charge accordingly.  I use various packing materials and assorted boxes and envelopes and carefully package the items.   

Important note about shipping: PLEASE NOTE AS OF 10/2014 THE US POST OFFICE IS NOT GUARANTEEING DELIVERY TIMES THAT THEY STATE ON THE SHSIPPING INFO- ONLY THE EXPRESS MAIL (WHICH IS THEIR MOST EXPENSIVE) is guaranteed.  I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM DIRECTLY ABOUT THIS WHEN I inquired about a 2 BUSINESS DAY PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGE that TOOK 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER.  Therefore IF YOU WANT A GUARANTEED  EXPRESS DELIVERY YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE EXPRESS RATE.  PLEASE EMAIL AS SUCH.    THIS IS BEYOND MY CONTROL - 

We recognize that shipping costs are high WITH THE US Postal Rates forever increasing its rates and insurance.  BUT EBAY  ALSO charges sellers  9% OF THE shipping costs  on top of the fees charged BY USPS, THEN another 9% on the price of the item    Example:  If I sell an item fixed price AT $30 THERE IS another fee of .20 listing fee  Then I am charged 3.57 by ebay, if paid through paypal another 1.20 ( 4%) for using paypals service.  Therefore for just ebay services we pay $5 to ebay/paypal fees, then add our costs to actually ship the item $10 approx.   seller received $30 from buyer; $10 goes to shipping, 5 goes to ebay and the seller gets $15.   This is in addition to the stated price increases from USPS and UPS, fuel surcharge increases, etc. There are additional shipping costs to Sellers too such as packing materials, fuel to deliver the items to the carrier, etc.  If you haven't purchased for awhile or don't ship on a regular basis, you may not be aware of these changes.  As a private single seller I am not able to absorb all of these additional fees so I must pass a percentage of these costs on to the Buyer.  Most small sellers here on ebay must do this in order to survive but still keep buyer costs down and some revenue for themselves.

 Shipping Damage: I can not control how the shipper handles the pkgs –   If an item is damaged in shipping, let me know and I will file the insurance claim but the BUYER MUST abide by insurance rules,  If pkg is shipped via  Fedex or UPS they will need (require) to see the packing material to pay on a claim, therefore please be sure to save the box/pkg material.  Refunds will not be given if these rules are NOT followed.  

This is why shipping insurance is purchased/provided.  Please note:  When insurance does issue the refund,   the cost of the insurance itself is not refundable

RETURNS:  If an ITEM WAS SOLD BRAND NEW SEALED PACKAGE,   IT MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION UNOPENED.,

I do not refund return shipping that is buyers responsibility
