GRADE (Sleeve): VG+ - very clean, NO writing, NO tears, NO stains. Slight surface wear where the inside of the 45 hole would be and a few other little flecks here and there, see photos.
GRADING: As a record collector of 15 years and former record store employee, I am a very conservative, experienced grader. I use NM, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, and G for grading.
