A beautiful UK EARLY PRESS copy of THE BEATLES' LP REVOLVER from 1966, PMC7009. This copy has the early Dr. Robert error where it's DOCTOR ROBERT on the label, but DR. ROBERT on the sleeve.
It plays beautifully VG+. The music really pops, and is VG+ because of minimal background surface sound. The emphasis is on minimal. There are no big scratch sounds, no pops, skips or jumps. This is a very nice playing copy. The bottom left corner has a bump, and the rest of the cover is in very nice condition. the corners at the opening are slightly soft, there's a touch of handling. The back cover has slight toning with age. A very sharp copy. The labels do not have the raised tax credit, and one side has a tear in the label. That of course has no effect on the play, but it is important. A historic and great record.

MADE IN Gt. BRITAIN Gramophone rim text. Patents Pending sleeve. The “Dr. Robert” error on side B has been corrected to “Doctor Robert”. The lengthening of the title moving the layout of the tracklist over noticeably. Sleeve still says "Dr. Robert".

The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.M - = (MINT MINUS) MINT- is not MINT but is very close to it, near new, there might be a blemish or two, but overall record and jacket are like new or very close to new.EX = (EXCELLENT) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. VG = (VERY GOOD) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and theoccasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.G = (GOOD) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.F = (FAIR) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
