The Beatles - Let It Be Limited Edition Box Set + Book 1970
VERY RARE & HARD TO FIND BEATLES BOX SET WITH THE 164 PAGE BOOK AND RED APPLE LOGO!!

Very rare item but unfortunately the book has some damage when water got into it during a leak in the house. It is restricted to approx. 1.5 inch at the bottom of the book but has affected all pages. Where stuck pages were separated once dry, this has caused the damage and there is staining to the bottom of the book as a result. However, all pages are present and can be opened and none are leaving the spine (which is very nice). The box that holds the book also got damaged at the same time but it stood up pretty well, is fully intact and is just discoloured at the bottom edge. This also applies to the outer box cover but again, that is fully intact although not completely flat due to the water. Amazingly, the album sleeve itself has escaped any real damage and if it was being sold on its own, would be pushing excellent. It is the rare Red Apple version. The vinyl itself hasn't really suffered either and has just a few minor surface marks. Its been play-tested, sounds great and can be graded conservatively as Very Good.
