THE BEATLES "Let It Be" UK BOX SET with Book

1970/UK/Apple PCS 7096…..here’s a nice UK box set by the fab 4. The laminated Garred & Lofthouse outer slip cover is very shiny and clean with a few light handling creases and corner wear, there is a ¼” minor rip on the back left opening edge, there is a split about 2" from the left side in the laminate on the top of the box, there is a thin line of paper showing where the split is but it's all intact, the inner tray for the whole package has light wear on all of the edges and light handling creases, flaps and all else are fine with no tears, the inner tray for the Let it Be book is split at the four corners as usual, otherwise fine. The book is clean but the binding split on the inside 7 pages from the back, there are also a few loose pages in the center of the book, there are minor small light age spots through the book on some pages, the book is complete with no pages missing. I think there is a possibility the record is not the first pressing but I’m not sure, this is the way it came to me. The laminated cover has the green apple on the back at the bottom. The Garrod & Lofthouse printed cover is in VG++ condition, with a handful of handling creases and a few small spots of laminate lifting, no splits and looks nice, the vinyl is in shiny VG++ condition with only some minor light scuffs from the inner sleeve, the record plays clean with excellent clean fidelity and little noise. The labels are clean and show no wear or spindle marks. Overall a pretty nice UK “Let it Be’ BOX SET. MINT: as stated with no defects

NEAR MINT: as stated near Mint!, or Mint Minus, same thing, very clean with no defect to sound or visual appearance, one scuff or mark may be permitted but it will be mentioned in the description, a near Mint record looks and plays very clean

EXCELLENT: not much below near Mint, may have a delete hole and/or a minor defect or two not visually detracting from the cover, the vinyl will appear shiny and in clean condition with very minor defects not affecting the sound, still very clean and very collectable!

VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal cover wear and/or delete/splits, still visually appealing, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much

VG+ a little more cover/ring wear and delete, splits etc., the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects, both cover and vinyl no matter the condition, I also play grade the records on high end equipment and will give an honest play grade as well as visual grade, considering the number of records I buy on line my grading is very conservative and fair.
