I have owned this record from new and can vouch for its safe handling. In bright sunlight I can see a few very light surface marks and would therefore grade this conservatively as VG+ There some ink initials on the A side label. Otherwise the labels on both sides are in very good condition. The original sleeve has a few minor creases but no tears.
