1969 Second (?) Parlophone Pressing Beatles Magical Mystery Tour.  These English Pressings are the absolute best sounding stereo versions of the Magical Mystery Tour on vinyl:  there is more vinyl space and faster RPM making it truly the absolute best-sounding vinyl pressings of these classic soundtrack tracks.  The songs are on Record One: Side One: Magical Mystery Tour - Your Mother Should Know.  Side Two: - I am the Walrus.  Record Two:  Side One:  Fool on the Hill Flying.  Side Two:  Blue Jay Away. 

This is the way the Magical Mystery Tour was intended to be marketed without songs that weren't in the movie that the U.S. LP added.  Once again if you are looking for the absolute best sounding vinyl form of the LP this is it!

·       CONDITION:

·       45-RPM SINGLE RECORD:

(IMPORTANT NOTE: unless otherwise noted below, ALL records are graded visually, and NOT play-graded!; we  grade records under the normal room light or discrete sunlight)

(a)          WE GRADE THE VINYL AS EXCELLENT. This is one of those albums that are somewhat difficult to grade. It is somewhere between VG++ and NEAR MINT, just a notch below NEAR MINT. A few light abrasions ARE visible, but they are extremely shallow, superficial  and only moderately visually distracting (nothing significant).For the most part, the vinyl looks impeccable without any MAJOR visual flaws or imperfections. Much of the original luster is intact, and the vinyl shines and sparkles almost like new.

(b)          This double EP comes with the original booklet still intact (and in beautiful condition) . Do note that the British booklet appears to be slightly different than the corresponding US LP booklet: the US booklet does NOT have the colored (pink) lyrics sheets and appears to have one page less.

(c)           Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

·       GATEFOLD PICTURE SLEEVE (LAMINATED SLEEVE)

THE SLEEVE IS NICE --- ABOUT EXCELLENT OR VERY GOOD+++.

The following flaws or imperfections are noted on the cover:

-         Cover has one corner slightly dinged (nothing significant)

-         The laminated cover has a few air 'bubbles' and wrinkles in lamination (this is a common problem with most laminated 50’s and 60’s covers

-         Cover has a few tiny wrinkles along the spine   (VISIBLE ON BACK SIDE ONLY)
