The package concept was unique (as with this group!)
The actual film was The Fab Four's own production, showing their whimsical humour, unscripted - and loosely revolved around a coach trip and characters involved.
The Beatles had progressed from 'A Hard Day's Night' and 'Help', to a somewhat psychedelic period. It's a 1960's landmark in their progress.
Critics took it too seriously and missed the point really, it was meant to be without objective, and so fans could just get the feeling of being on the ride too, no pretence of a message or epic storyline. The music is, as always, outstanding!
CONDITION;
VINYL NM (EX side 3)
The 1967 pressing is extremely nice, such a clean copy is extra special. Very faint marks only on side 3 & barely visible except under a very bright light - nothing to affect the sound.
MATT BLACK LABLES with SILVER TEXT are clean, no pen or stickers. Barely a spindle mark evident.
Original scalloped inner sleeves are included.
The LAMINATED FLIP-TAB COVER is EXCELLENT.
The inside booklet is clean and firm.
BLUE LYRICS PAGES.
An indent to the front keeps it from NM.
