Sleeve - NEAR MINT,LAMINATED FLIPBACK SLEEVE BY GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE WITH INNER BOOKLET AND FIRST PRESS PALE BLUE LYRIC PAGES TO CENTRE. THE ORIGINAL SEMI TRANSPARENT INNER SLEEVES HAVE WAVY TOP WITH ONE HAVING OPPOSING FLIPBACKS AND THE OTHER ADJACENT WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT ON A 1ST PRESSING
Spine and Opening Edge - SPINE IS UNCRUSHED WITH FULLY READABLE TITLE ETC AND OPENING EDGE HAS A NICE SHARP FINISH
Labels- NEAR MINT,SUPERB LABELS TO ALL 4 SIDES WITH THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD AND SOLD IN UK TEXT, SIDE 1 LABEL ALSO HAS KT TAX EMBOSSING.
THIS WAS THE FINAL EP FROM THE BEATLES AND HAS NEVER BEEN REISSUED IN THE MONO FORMAT ONLY IN STEREO . THIS IS A GENUINE UK 1ST PRESSING IN MONO FROM 1967 WITH THE BLUE LYRIC SHEET TO INNER PAGES OF BOOKLET. THE LAMINATED SLEEVE BY GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE WITH LAMINATED FLIPBACKS IS NEAR PERFECT WITH ALL 3 BOOKLET HINGES IN PLACE AND ALL INNER FACES AND BOOKLET ARE VERY CLEAN WITH NO WRITING. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING EXAMPLE AND I AM SURE IT WOULD BE HARD TO FIND A BETTER COPY THAN THIS.

I also grade with item is in between a grade i.e. ex+ if i feel it is better than an excellent grade but not quite near mint.ll try to give a good and true description of items regarding any marks or audible fault Mint:- The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface noise or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items (lyric sheet etc) are in perfect condition. Records sealed or unplayed will be mint. Excellent:- Shows some signs of having been played but very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and /or creasing. Very good:- Has been played many times but retains good sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear to the sleeve and extra items, without any major defects. Good:- The record has been played often and sound quality has deteriorated with some distortion and mild scratches.the cover and inserts suffer from folding, heavy scuffing to edges ,spine splits and discolouration.
