DESCRIPTION: This is a 1964 east coast third pressing. Was able to catalog this using Stanley Panenka's "Introducing The Beatles Price Guide" 1st Edition. Black label with circular color band. Does not have "Subsidiary of Capitol Industries" on label. Issued with blue inner sleeve, promoting other Capitol albums. First two songs on side one credited to BMI and the rest to ASCAP. On side two all songs are credited to ASCAP except "I Wanna be Your Man" which is credited to BMI. East coast pressings have a "3" on back cover by RIAA symbol.

VINYL CONDITION: VG-. Scuffs and some light scratches. Side one, song one has a white speck on it about halfway through that's causing a 10 second pop during playback, does not skip here though. (See photos).
SLEEVE CONDITION: VG-. Front cover has some minor ring wear mostly on top and bottom. Back cover is very good. Top edge has minimal wear. Spine has a 6 1/2" piece of tape clear tape covering a seam split. Bottom edge has a 4" seam split on right side. Original inner blue sleeve included. (See photos).
PLAY GRADE: Overall VG-. Has background noise more audible in intros and quieter parts. Side one song 1 has a 10 second audible pop about halfway through.
