The matt Garrod & Lofthouse Gatefold Sleeve is Near MINT,
the 24 page booklet is completely intact & firmly attached to the sleeve with NO loose staples, the booklet is pretty much MINT,
NO wear at all to the seams, as close to perfect as you will get, Superb
