CONDITION (RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM - SEE FOOT OF LISTING)
SLEEVE: A lovely laminated gatefold sleeve which grades as EXCELLENT; just a little creasing in the top right corner of the rear. The inner flaps where the records sit are also EXCELLENT with just some light marks.
SPINE: Very nice; just a little wear down the edges.
INNERS: The original 'wavy cut' inner sleeves are both in EXCELLENT / EXCELLENT (-) condition; just some mild creasing and a little wear around the centre holes.
BOOKLET: The 24 page booklet is in EXCELLENT condition with just slight wear to the bottom edges
LYRICS SHEET: It looks like the lyrics sheet was originally stapled into the centre of the booklet but has come loose. VERY GOOD condition as there is creasing and nicks / wear to the edges.
LABELS: Overall fine; some spindle wear and a few 'spider' marks.
RECORDS - SOUND: VERY GOOD (+); some light surface noise but there is a nice and clear mono sound with the odd light click. 'The Fool On The Hill' probably highlights any noise there is more than the other 5 tracks. Overall an enjoyable listen.
RECORDS - VISUAL: The vinyl retains a nice shine but has its fair share of hairline and light scratches. Probably grades as VERY GOOD.

GRADING
All of my records have been play tested before listing using a new Rega P3-24 turntable. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself. I am a collector myself (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.
I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.
Please do let me know if you require any additional photographs of the sale item as I will be happy to oblige.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please do contact me as all problems can be sorted out.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
**PAYMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION END PLEASE. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS, JUST SEND ME A MESSAGE; I'M FLEXIBLE SO LONG AS YOU KEEP ME INFORMED. THANKS**
I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.
For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.
All of the above is included in my postage and packing / shipping rates.
I will always offer a postage discount for multiple purchases. Please send me a message for a quote.
Any auction which exceeds a final sale price of £46 will need to be shipped by the following methods (NO EXCEPTIONS):
UK & Channel Islands: Special Delivery Next Day (Express Delivery)
Overseas: International Signed For
Please send me a message if anything is unclear and I will be happy to help.
**I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BIDS FROM BUYERS WHOSE PREVIOUS FEEDBACK IS POOR**
RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
