This superb  sounding UK  first pressing  dates from October 1969 released on the solid-centre Apple label: R5814.
Matrices: 7YCE 21369 - 1U & 7YCE 21370 - 1U.

The "KT" purchase tax code appears in in both run-outs. 
Housed within its original black and glossy  Apple record sleeve.
