On offer is The 7" Single - Please Please Me by The Beatles.
Side 2: Ask Me Why.
1963 Pressing on the Parlophone Records Label - 45 - R 4983 - Matrix No's - 7XCE 17217-1 N & 7XCE 17218 - 1 N, also has the tax coding in the run out groove denoting a very early pressing - MPT1 on side 1 & MPT2 on side 2.
Vinyl - Vg- - The record has lots of light hairlines and small scratches and also some surface marks, it has a light patch near the track name on side 1 label (see pics), Side 1 - Plays very good throughout, some crackle in the dead wax at the start but clears by the time the track starts playing, Side 2 - some crackle right at the start of the side although clears after a couple of seconds into the track otherwise again it plays very good throughout, no obvious clicks or pops heard and no skips or jumps.
Sleeve - Vg - Provided in Original company sleeve which has age related wear although nothing too major - see pics.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Please note: A mid range Technics turntable was used to play test the Record - Playback Results may vary on Inferior or Superior quality playback equipment.

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc...

Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
