THE BEATLES — PLEASE PLEASE ME LP, Parlophone PMC 1202 — 2014 MONO, 180g, ALL-ANALOGUE — FACTORY SEALED CONDITION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: still factory sealed, never opened, never played. Original "THE BEATLES IN MONO" hype sticker intact on the front shrink. The jacket is NOT mint. There is a diagonal crease across the bottom-left corner of the back cover, running through the jacket itself. The bottom-right corner of the front shows shrink creasing and [light haze in the film / light discoloration on the jacket]. Both are photographed close up. Please buy from the photos. Sleeve graded VG+ for these flaws; the record inside is untouched.
WHY THIS PRESSING: the 2014 mono LPs were cut entirely in the analogue domain from the original mono master tapes by Sean Magee at Abbey Road, with mastering supervised by Steve Berkowitz — no digital step anywhere in the chain. Pressed on 180-gram vinyl at Optimal in Germany, with artwork and sleeve construction replicating the original 1963 Parlophone release.
