DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: light handling wear to corners and edges, otherwise lovely..nice and clean...Spine lettering lovely and clear: VG+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a few surface marks..nothing deep or feelable and plays beautifully with just a little surface static that goes as the side plays..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL VG+ / AUDIO EX to EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
