Description
This auction is for an original 1967 45 rpm and picture sleeve release by The Beatles with the recordings of "Penny Lane" b/w "Strawberry Fields Forever" on Capitol Records #5810, orange and yellow swirl label. This record was issued with several different label variations. This one has the slightly taller song title print with a running time of 3:00 on the "Penny Lane" side with no "subsidiary of" in the perimeter print. The vinyl is glossy with some light surface scuffs. Both sides have good playback, some occasional light background static. Labels look like new, no wear. The sleeve is nice, good color, no seam splits, with a little surface wear. Please view photos for overall label and pic sleeve condition. Both vinyl and picture sleeve get a VG+ rating.
