1963 Ernest J.Day & Co. front laminated cover, with mono on front. Black label with gold print and “Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Northern Songs” correct publishing credit for I Saw Her Standing There, Misery, Do You Want To Know A Secret & There’s A Place. The LP comes in the original poly lined use Emitex inner.

I have played this through and there is some noise, but mainly between tracks.
THERE ARE NO JUMPS OR SKIPS.
DETAILED LIST BELOW. I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED CLOSE UP PHOTOGRAPHS. I THINK I HAVE UNDERGRADED THIS. I HAVE DONE THIS DELIBERATELY BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT ANYBODY TO PURCHASE THIS AND THEN THINK THAT IT WAS NOT DESCRIBED PROPERLY

The “Dick James” credits from the first pressing have now been altered to read “Northern Songs” instead. This change occurred very quickly as the typesetter for the credits wasn’t informed that the Beatles had worked with Dick James to set up their own, new, “Northern Songs” publishing company for Lennon and McCartney’s original songs. These copies are rarer than the first variation.

GRADING GUIDE

Near Mint - Vinyl: Perfect with no damage whatsoever. No visible marking / scuffing / scratches & plays perfectly. Cover – Near perfect with possible small creasing

EX Excellent - Vinyl: Very similar to near Mint, has been played very few times and vinyl shows only a few if any light visible marks and plays almost as new. Cover Ex with some signs of wear & creasing.

VG Very Good - Vinyl: May crackle, pop, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams. If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings, but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG", the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.
