This auction is for an original 45 rpm release (1964) by The Beatles with the recordings of "Please Please Me" b/w "From Me To You" on Vee Jay Records #581.  Like most Beatles records on Vee Jay, this was issued with several different label variations. This one has the oval Vee Jay logo with the color band around the perimeter. It has the thicker song title lettering with the VJ prefix before the record number at the bottom of the label. The publisher "Concertone Songs ASCAP" is printed on two lines on the right side of the label. The record still has nice vinyl gloss with some light "paper" scuffs. Playback is problem-free with good sound and vocals. The "A" side label is pretty clean with some visible ring wear on the flip side label. Please refer to photos for overall label condition. Vinyl gets a visual VG+ rating with an Excellent on playback quality.
