THE BEATLES RARE First Christmas Record 1963 Fan Club Flexi Disc & Newsletter

The front sleeve has creases to the corner of the bottom right edge. When opened there are again creases to the edges. Unfortunately the staples have rusted, there are no major rips or tears. If you look at the midsection on the opened sleeve at the bottom there is more wear at the point.
The disc is in good condition.
Bearing in mind the age of the item it is still one of the most sought after memorabilia from THE BEATLES and it is extremely rare to find now.
It is priced to sell in the condition as seen.
I have adjusted the price to reflect this (due to the rust on the staples) as others are selling on here for quite a bit more.
