Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Revolver' 1966 UK press MONO vinyl LP!
This particular pressing is the second UK mono pressing of Revolver, released in 1966. It features the Sans Serif font on both labels with the matrices -2 -2. A great pressing from 1966 with the corrected Doctor Robert track on the Side 2 label. RARE & COLLECTIBLE, DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - there are a decent amount of light scratches and hairline marks on the record...none that I can feel however! Still retains a nice gloss and shine! Rated as a strong VERY GOOD. Label is EXCELLENT-. Side 2 - same as Side 1! Nothing feelable!
Audio: I have play tested this album in it's entirety! The audio is graded as VERY GOOD+! I found an area where the needle got stuck (She Said She Said) about halfway through. I re-played this area 10 times and it stuck 3 times so I think it could be an issue with either my stylus or it just needs a deep clean but please bear this in mind!! There is some background crackle on the run-ins and throughout most of the tracks but it's not intrusive and the album was thoroughly enjoyable - my favourite album of all time! A deep clean should help with this. The bass is VERY punchy and rich, fantastic classic mono 60's sound! No playing issues! Lies very flat and plays extremely well with crisp highs, rich bass and a great amount of clarity for a record that's over 50 years old!!
Sleeve: The original 1966 MONO Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve is rated as a strong VERY GOOD! I would grade higher if it wasn't for the slight discolouration. The front of the sleeve has a lovely gloss and shine with some laminate creasing and a crease towards the bottom right. No splits or rips/tears anywhere! The rear of the sleeve has some light ringwear and some creasing towards the top left. The flipbacks are discoloured but held down tightly with no wear, no writing or pen marks! The spine is 100% readable and strong with some small creases towards the top and bottom. Houses the record perfectly well - a great example of this rare record, over 50 years old!
