Description

Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Revolver 12" 1966 mono Dr.Robert original Parlophone pressing LP vinyl' in overall GOOD+/VERY GOOD- condition. 

VINYL:-
Visual:

  • Side 1 - plenty of scratches, hairlines and light marks. Some of them are quite long and feelable. Rated as GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD-.
  • Side 2 - a bit better than Side 1 with not many feelable scratches. Rated as GOOD+. Label is VERY GOOD-. 




Audio:
  • Audio is currently rated as VERY GOOD-!! Unfortunately, it does get stuck at the very end of Love You To...this could be solved by a deep clean but I do not have the facilities to do so. There is some background crackle and noise but it is background only! There are also some quiet pops here and there. It never truly interferes with the punchy audio and a deep clean will only help with this situation! The audio is VERY punchy and loud! It has a lovely rich bass tone and the mono mix provides a lovely punch and kick! I personally thoroughly enjoyed listening to this record. Lies very flat and plays very well! 







The original 1966 mono flipback sleeve is currently rated as VERY GOOD-! The front of the sleeve does have some creasing, laminate creasing, age-related discolouration and edgewear. It still retains a nice gloss and thereis no writing or graffiti! The rear of the sleeve is nice and clean with some light discolouration. The spine is 100% readable, just has some discolouration and light creasing. Houses the record very well!
