Description

The Beatles - Revolver. Parlophone PMC 7009. 1966 UK 1st MONO issue with the withdrawn RM11 mix of Tomorrow Never Knows identified by the matrix number XEX 606-1 (3 AD) on Side 2 (Side 1 matrix XEX 605-2 5 AD). This copy also has the rare extra dot/point in the SOLD IN.U.K. text on Side 1. The vinyl has many surface marks and plays with clicks, crackles and pops throughout (most noticeable at the start of Side 2 which can be seen as a surface mark in the pictures) but no skips or sticking - nothing too detrimental and an overall acceptable sound. Labels are worn with noticeable spindle marks and some residue on Side 2 (see pictures). Original correct inner sleeve is slightly discoloured but overall VG. Laminated Ernest J Day sleeve is reasonably clean with age-related wear - edge creasing and a rub mark on the spine. See pictures for more detail.
