All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
This record is in very good condition. The labels do have lots of spindle marks visible but there are no pen marks or scuffs anywhere and only very slight fading. There is some wear around the centre holes however which has resulted in them being a little loose, but not to a degree where they cause problems.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep or sinister but do have lots of light lines and marks visible in normal light. There are more extremely light wispy hairlines and signs of use under very bright light but again nothing really sinister. Despite these light lines and clear signs of use the record has no really nasty issues and still has a nice shine.
I play tested the record and it plays well. It lays flat with next to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is on the whole excellent with only very slight occasional interference. There are no skips, sticks or loud disruptive clicks and in the entire play test I only noted 5 or 6 light clicks in the quiet sitar part of track 1 on side 1. These were not loud clicks but were just audible in the quieter section. Other than these there is just a minor amount of surface noise to report and no major issues as I say. Overall the album is very enjoyable and has no really serious issues and despite the light lines plays well, and also has very little distortion.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has some minor wear to the edges and corners, but the writing along the spine is all clearly legible, and they are all strong with no splits or weak areas. The front is laminated and shows some creasing but nothing horrific. This mainly occurs around the right side but there are also some small ones emanating from the edges. The rear has no major damage to the 'flipbacks' but there is a faint pen mark on the top one towards the right side(pics). There is some genreal age related grubbiness throughout and also a faint stain in the centre of the rear. There are no tears or scuffs anywhere and overall the sleeve is solid all round with no really major issues but some superficial problems as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible to its condition.
It contains its original 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner which is in very good+ condition. This has creasing and some age related wear but no splits or pen marks.
The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, within 24hrs of payment to ensure swift delivery.
