Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Revolver' 1966 FIRST PRESS STEREO Parlophone vinyl LP!
This particular pressing features very early 1MT/1RH mother stampers!! It also features an extra '.' in the Sold in UK statement (there are 3 dots insted of 2). It is a first press stereo Parlophone record from 1966. A stereo copy of a mid-sixties Beatles album is considered to be much rarer than an original mono copy as the demand for stereo records was very low at the time! Most of them had to be specially ordered through local record shops! A rare pressing - DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - it does have quite a fair few amount of marks and hairlines. None of them appear to be feelable or deep but it's worth mentioning. Rated as VERY GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+.                       Side 2 - has two feelable marks on track 1 and track 7..nothing deep but they're there. Rated as VERY GOOD-/VERY GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+.


Audio: I have play-tested the first track on Side 1 and the first track on Side 2 ONLY!! 
VERY quiet introduction on Side 1! Not much crackle! There is a light bit of crackle in the background once the audio starts but the punchy loud audio covers it very well. A deep clean is recommended however. The audio is VERY punchy and the highs are very crisp! NO skips, jumps or sticks! Rated as VERY GOOD+! 
Side 2 - Minimal standard crackle on the run-in! The scratch that was mentioned in the vinyl visual section does NOT affect play on my system! There are a few pops now and then but nothing major and doesn't detract from the audio. Again, the audio is VERY punchy with lots of warmth and great crisp highs! Rates as VERY GOOD+! 
I believe that the rest of the album will play at least VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ but DO NOT take this as a guarantee - it is just a guess as I have not play tested this in its entirety. 


Sleeve: The original STEREO flipback sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition! The front has a few marks and some laminate creasing towards the edges. Still retains a lovely gloss and shine and is rather clean! The rear of the sleeve is again nice and clean and free from writing. Flipbacks are held down tightly - slight rubbing and damage to top left (please see pictures!). The mark on the bottom of the sleeve is NOT a split!! It's just some rubbing. The spine is 100% readable with some light creasing and light discolouration. Overall, no a mint sleeve but it looks great, is free from writing and houses the record perfectly!
