Condition:
Sleeve: VERY GOOD : Non laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in really good condition throughout, only marked down from EXCELLENT because of a 4cm split on the top edge [just about seen in photos]. There is very little edge creasing, and just some very light scuffing to the bottom edge.
Inner sleeve is a white poly lined EMI original sleeve, in excellent condition.
Record: EXCELLENT : The slightly heavier 135gm vinyl is bright, clean and with great labels. Even under bright lights both surfaces appear to be TOTALLY BLEMISH FREE. I'd go so far as the state that it's as close to MINT as you are likely to find. The labels are bright, clean and unmarked and showing only the very lightest spindle wear.
Plays exceptionally well throughout, with no skips or jumps - GUARANTEED.

I try to accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
