Parlophone

PMC 7009

Mono

Original Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd front laminated flipback cover with small “mono” on the front.

Original Emitex inner sleeve.

Yellow Parlophone on the Record labels, which displays the early press mistake of “Dr. Robert” which was an incorrect spelling on side 2. Later corrected to ‘Doctor Robert’.

This variation has Times New Roman font. Pressed on the EMI on the old machines, rather than the more common CBS pressing


Matrix numbers:-

side A runout stamped - XEX-605-2

side B runout stamped - XEX-606-2


Record has surface noise upon playing which is noticeable throughout. Mainly during quiet passages.

Marks and scratches can be seen. Spindle scratch across track 1 ‘Taxman’ which effects this song with skipping.

Sleeve is intact. Spine looks well. Storage wear and creases are visible.

Original Inner is tatty, but in tact with no tears or splits. One of the inners windows is stained.
