THE BEATLES - REVOLVER

STEREO PCS 7009

MATRIX,MOTHERS AND STAMPERS

YEX 605 - 1 2 RD

YEX 606 - 1 1 RM

FIRST PRESSING OF A RARE AND MUCH MORE SOUGHT AFTER STEREO EDITION.

THE EARLY PRESS FLIPBACK SLEEVE IS IN GREAT SHAPE AND IS STILL NICE AND BRIGHT(I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF THESE STEREO SLEEVES THAT HAVE DISCOLOURED ALOT MORE THAN THIS ONE).IT HAS SOME MINOR CREASING,OPENING EDGE WEAR AND A COUPLE OF CORNER BUMPS.THE SPINE IS STILL SHARP AND THE TEXT IS FULLY READABLE.THE REAR IS STILL JET BLACK WITH ONLY MINOR OPENING EDGE WEAR AND NO DAMAGE OR WRITING.THE FLIPBACKS ARE ALL SOLID WITH JUST MINOR CREASING.A GREAT SLEEVE GRADES VG+

THE LABELS ARE ALSO IN GREAT SHAPE AND SHOW JUST A FEW SPINDLE LINES UNDER LIGHT AND MINIMAL WEAR AROUND THE HOLE(THE PHOTOS SEEM TO HAVE MAGNIFIED EVERY TINY MARK AND DONT LOOK AS BAD IN NORMAL SIGHT).THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR WRITING TO AFFECT THE TEXT.GRADE VG+

THE VINYL HAS KEPT MOST IF ITS GLOSSY SHEEN AND VISUALLY I WOULD CONSERVATIVELY GRADE IT VG+ .IT HAS SOME SLEEVE REMOVAL AND LIGHT HANDLING MARKS ONLY.PLAYBACK IS EXCELLENT WITH ONLY MINOR CRACKLE IN SOME QUIET AREAS MAINLY THE RUN INS.NO CLICKS SKIPS OR JUMPS ETC.

THE VINYL IS HOUSED IN THE CORRECT PATENTS APPLIED FOR PLAIN WHITE INNER SLEEVE WHICH IS STILL IN SOLID SHAPE.IT HAS NO TEARS OR SPLITS BUT HAS DARKENED WITH AGE AND HAS SOME MINOR CREASING AND GENERAL WEAR.

Grading:

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks no deterioration in sound, all paperwork should be in perfect condition

Excellent: The Record shows some signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The packaging may have very slight signs of wear and /or creasing.

Very Good: The Record has been played a number of times, but there is no major deterioration in sound quality, despite slight surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps some mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.

Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

I add a plus or minus when the item is somewhere between two grades
