VINYL: VG++ PLAY GRADE: EX COVER: NM- NOTES: BEAUTIFUL CLEAN COLLECTION KEEPER! No need to hype this one...IT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. So here's the facts - the THICK HEAVY VINYL has some sleeve chafing spots visible at an angle under bright halogens, the play is EXCELLENT with just a hint of low level crackle or pop at a few quiet sections but overall FANTASTIC PLEASING FIDELITY IN BOLD LOUD MONO. The Capitol black labelhas the rainbow rim, NO subsidiary text, "Rubber Soul" is WIDER than the logo, and "The Beatles" does NOT appear but the MEMBER NAMES INDIVIDUALLY DO as INDICATIVE OF THE FIRST PRESS. You will see "IAM" in triangle in dead wax. The cover STILL IN THE ORIGINAL CELOPHANE TYPE WRAP is in STUNNING CONDITION, I can't find much fault at all aside from a very small bit of torn shrink and a previous old pricing sticker (from "The Record Room"!). This cover DOES display "FILE UNDER" on the front in BLACK lettering, and has the number "3" under the Lennon photo/Freeman indicating a "MODERN ALBUM LONG ISLAND" PRINTED EDITION!!! The inner sleeve is fantastic, a little creasing, and the original owner stamped their information noting it the date purchased was "September 30, 1966" - the owner stamp also matches a stamp INSIDE the front cover (not visible) thus providing EXCELLENT PROVENANCE OF THIS BEAUTIFUL COLLECTOR'S PIECE! The best part?????? YOU DECIDE THE PRICE - NO RESERVE!!! GOOD LUCK & DON'T MISS THIS ONE GOOD PEOPLE!
