Description
Part of a major 60s/70s record collection that I am putting on ebay over the next few weeks, including many rarities.
On offer is an ultra rare original MONO loud cut 1st pressing of the Beatles Rubber Soul album from 1965 on the Parlaphone UK record label, Cat NO PMC1267.
Extremely early UK pressing, near identical visually to the 2nd pressing, the rare loud cut version features a different studio mix, deeper grooves and a louder bassier sound. This version was discontinued after a very short press run.
Matrix No XEX 579-1 and XEX 580-1
KT tax code on side 1 label.
Vinyl is clean and bright, just some light hairlines, plays fantastic with little or no deterioration in sound quality.
The record is graded as excellent from both an audio and visual perspective.
Outer sleeve in Garrod and Lofthouse, patents pending, flip back. Nice sharp cover, lovely spine, no rips, tears, writing etc.Only very minor laminate creasing.
Still nice and white on rear, comes with original inner sleeve.
