Description

I have shown 11 photos of this UK The Beatles Rubber Soul Mono LP on Parlophone records from 1965 with catalogue No- PMC 1267. Matrix numbers are-  XEX 579 - 5   ,  XEX 580 - 5 Mother stampers are- 1 RR   ,    2 RC The record has a lovely glossy black lustre sheen to it and appears hardly played. It has one very small wispy hairline to either side under close inspection and these do not affect the superb playback. It has near mint playback with just a couple of static ticks in a couple of areas. There is no background noise and it is a definite upgrade LP.  I have play tested it on my Thorens TD 160 turntable and it plays beautifully throughout with fantastic full punchy mono sound. The labels are both in beautiful condition easily near mint. The labels have The Gramophone Co Ltd text and the Sold in the UK text The spindle holes are lovely and totally unworn and superb- there are just a few light wispy spindle marks present. The laminated flipback E J Day sleeve which is factory dated 65/12 along the bottom flipback is also in fantastic EX+ condition.  The back of the sleeve is also very clean and the front is lovely too. The sleeve has a nice spine and the text on the spine is fully legible.The opening edge of the sleeve is also very flat and very sharp. The inner sleeve is also in near mint condition. A certain final upgrade example for sure. I send Worldwide and combine postage.
