Description
THE BEATLES – RUBBER SOUL
Original 1965 UK Mono pressing – Parlophone PMC 1267
This is an original UK copy of Rubber Soul, released in 1965 on the black and yellow Parlophone label.
I have owned this record for many decades. It is not a modern reissue.
Catalogue number: PMC 1267
Format: Mono
Label: Parlophone – black/yellow
Country: UK
Year: 1965
The matrix numbers in the run-out area are extremely faint and I have been unable to read the final suffixes with sufficient confidence. Rather than guess or make an inaccurate claim about the exact pressing/cut, I have included close-up photographs of the run-out areas and labels so that collectors can assess the record for themselves.
This is being sold as an original 1965 UK mono copy, but no claim is being made that it is a particular matrix variation or “Loud Cut.”
Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description.
