Description
The Beatles Rubber soul LP UK 2nd pressing with yellow/black Parlophone labels Mono PMC 1267 XEX 579-4 and XEX 580-4 matrices KT tax code on side 2
Vinyl is in really great condition. Still bright and very glossy with a few light sleeve removal scuffs and the odd light hairline visible under strong light. No deep scratches. EX+ Labels are very clean and free of any writing or damage. Just a few light spindle marks on either side. Not overplayed at all. EX Audio is great. No skips, jumps or loud pops. Very little surface even between tracks and on the run ins. EX Sleeve is also in a clean solid condition with only minor signs of use. Laminate still clean and glossy with no edge wear. Spine still solid and readable. Rear still clean but with a name and date written in small biro to the bottom left and a minor indentation to the top edge. Otherwise this is a great example. VG+ Also includes original 'use emitex…...' inner which has a large tear from centre hole to the edge so only grades as Fair/good
Overall a really great copy of this sought after early pressing. EX+/VG+

Gradings;
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc..
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
