Another record from my collection I never play so it's time to go......

I've checked on the web and this is Mega Rare and HARD TO FIND.  All I found was:

It's all pretty confusing so I'm giving as much information through the photos on MY copy.   Any other questions I'll try to answer, but really, what you see is what you get.....  

Something my photos cannot show are the matrix numbers, etc, scratched into the run offs.  If these are super important, here they are:

SIDE ONE has:  TB-5020-A

SIDE TWO has:  TB-5020-B

The vinyl is in -Ex condition. Plays with a some surface noise here and there and a few pops now and again. B-Side has less than the A-Side. Being really truthful here !!  The Cover I'd rate as VG, though the Yellow Paper A4 'Cover' Artwork is in Excellent condition. This is hard to price, being so rare and hard to find, so I can only compare it to Volumes I and II, which have been on ebay for £100 each !!  Don't think these are worth that much, so starting now at £25.00 to see what happens.  Whatever, DON'T LET THIS ONE GET AWAY !!!!

Kept lovingly in my record collection in a smoke free home.

OK, now the horrible P&P charges.  Due to certain ‘not so good’ ebayers in the past (especially from  overseas) saying items have been ‘lost’, etc, I will only send my precious Records SIGNED FOR.  This of course is VERY expensive, (check the Royal Mail Website UK – nothing to do with me !!), but it’s the only way I can get piece of mind (for both of us) and guarantee items get to buyers. I am sorry for these prices (and I know it will put some people off bidding) but I was losing out on P&P and something had to be done. But being a fellow record collector, be sure that I mail everything using STURDY, THICK Cardboard for LP’s and 7” singles. Check my feedback for the quality of my vinyl AND my packaging. Thank you.

This would be your decision. I would post it and get proof of postage and that would be my part done and over. Please totally understand all this - Thank you.
