Description
THE BEATLES – Revolver ORIG Parlophone LP / PCS 7009 (UK, Stereo, 1966)
These are the first items I have listed here on eBay for a long time. So, I don’t have any star DSRs for this last 12 months. Please do check and scroll through my feedback from the many wholly satisfied customers over the years. I guarantee a professional and reliable transaction. You will not be disappointed!
Happy to present this early, possibly first press (you Beatles fans will know!) STEREO edition of surely one of The Beatles crowning achievements with some of their most memorable songs contained herein...
The front-laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in lovely condition. I very faint 'thumb' crease and slight, near invisible nicks along the top front edge is all to report. Otherwise great shine, maintains good shape, no bends, no writing, no splits, you get the drift - a lovely sleeve. Grades EX+ (Excellent Plus).
The vinyl is a very fine example indeed. It would grade near mint, possibly near to archive but for one fine, short, faint line on 'Yellow Submarine'. So I'll go EX+ again (Excellent Plus). A superior condition 60s Beatles album - way above average!
Matrices: Side 1: YEX 605-1 / Side 2: YEX 606-1
Mother / Stampers: Side 1: 1 RL / Side2: 3 RT
The labels are just fine - one faint spindle trace to one side, none to the other. 'KT' tax code embossed to Side 2.
A VERY FINE, seldom played UK stereo of this seminal Beatles LP. Don't miss this...
