Description

The Beatles' Revolver, on original 1966 first press Capitol Stereo LP ST-2576. This is a rare Columbia-contracted pressing, with a few variations. The vinyl, for one thing, is the better Columbia vinyl and sounds better than other early Capitol pressings. The label has no subsidiary information on the rim, and the song credits cite the full names John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The runout numbers are ST1 2576-W9 and W7 on the b-side. The disc has some scuffs and light marks, but plays E+ if not NM. Really sounds beautiful. The cover has some light wear, and a corner ding at the lower left, but is overall unusually excellent. A great copy. Comes with original olive Capitol inner, too.  Despite the few marks it really sounds fantastic. Better than other rainbow copies.
