This is a 1971 UK 2 box (EMI / Parlophone) Fifth press of The Beatles classic LP 
Fifth pressing,  1971-1973 Black label with two white-black EMI logos and silver print. “ The Gramophone Co Ltd…” printed at the start perimeter print and “Made In GT. Britain” lower text.  Track B4 Doctor Robert on record label - Dr. Robert on sleeve. Laminated flipback “Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd”  Sleeve without small “stereo” on the front side.  White inner sleeve. 
Matrix numbers:  (Side A): YEX.605 -1 GAM 3 (Side B): YEX.606 -2 G1
The sleeve very good condition Vinyl remains in near as new condition
