LABELS: The labels are clean and unmarked with just a little wear on the spindle hole and moderate spindle traces - played but not over-played and extremely well cared for
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces retain their original deep, glossy sheen with no dulling. There are some light hairlines when angled under a bright light but otherwise, the surfaces shine like-new
VINYL Audio: Sensational sound reproduction throughout - crystal clear, clean, crisp, sharp and vibrant - incredibly fresh and exciting and on playback at a loud volume (which is how I always listen to my LPs prior to listing, and it's always an immense pleasure to return to this wonderful LP) there are no prolonged scratches, no sticks or jumps, very little real surface noise and just a few light clicks/pops. The sound quality is excellent throughout with all frequencies bright and clear and there is no discernible groove-wear or distortion. Critically graded a very strong VERY GOOD++ for audio - not perfect, but this is still a very nice copy (which is probably under-graded)
SLEEVE: The G&L front laminated flipback cover is in lovely condition - a very fine example with crisp, sharp, unworn edges and spine - which displays all text clear and bold (although there are some light creases). The laminated front has a deep, glass-like gloss with no rubbing or ring wear (just some light half-moon creases toward the opening edge) and the unlaminated back is remarkably clean with no damage to the flipback sections. Overall, a beautifully preserved original sleeve - EXCELLENT
And the original EMITEX inner is clean, fresh and unmarked with no splits to any of the edges - just a light 'nick' to the paper on the central die-cut window EXCELLENT (The LP is now housed - and will be posted in - a new inner to prevent any 'knifing' damage to the original inner during transit)
