Description
REVOLVER, Rare Beatles 1966 1st Release with Withdrawn XEX 606-1 Side 2.
Matrix: XEX 605-2 and XEX 606-1
- Original 1966 UK LP in the Parlophone black and yellow label
- With ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Sold in UK…..’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text. Featuring the early "Dr." instead of "Doctor" Robert on the 'Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd' laminated sleeve.
Condition Report: Record does have marks in places, and the usual surface marks from replacing into sleeve - but importantly there's no skipping, and there's a healthy glossiness to the vinyl. The worst mark is a small v-shape scratch starting in "Got to Get You into My Life" (shown in photo 6) - but as previously mentioned it doesn't result in skipping. As a vintage record, expect some crackle and the possibility of a few clicks. Some marks on label and sleeve has minor age yellowing and some wear along the spine (photo 7).
An extremely rare & collectible record!
Will be posted with insurance and require a signature upon receipt.
