Condition:
Gatefold Sleeve: GOOD+ - This is an original 1967 "flipback" gatefold sleeve, clean throughout, no unwanted writing or stickers, and in generally good condition throughout. Some edge creasing, and wear to edges and corners. The "flipback" seams are good and intact [see photo]. The spine shows considerable fraying, but is intact
The "cutout" sheet is present and in EXCELLENT condition.
The original "red and white" inner sleeve is present and in GOOD+ condition, although one side has some small light stains, and one edge has been fixed with sellotape the full length. The other two sides are intact and free of splits.
Record: VERY GOOD - The vinyl is in great condition for it's age. Clean unmarked labels, with minimal spindle wear. A good clean sheen to the vinyl, and just the lightest of surface scuffs or hairlines to be found.
Personally played and checked for sound and quality, and it plays very well - with no skips or jumps.
The original MONO quality is a pleasure on the ear.

I try to accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.
