Record is NM with minimal signs of any play at all .


Sleeve EX would be NM but I tiny corner crease on the back bottom left see pictures but barley noticeable


Inner has a very small split see pics so EX as can’t grade NM with it .


Cut outs are NM


Wow in 37 years of collecting & selling records this is without doubt the cleanest one I have ever had . It's in beautiful barely played condition as is the sleeve . Not far off the day it was purchased . The audio is NM sounds unbelievable with no issues . The actual record is super clean and looks barely played . There are the faintest of sleeve removal marks under strong light but honestly there is not a lot more I can say regarding condition other than WOW . This is a true final upgrade copy of this amazing album . This was purchased along with my other records that are listed today from a very respectable collector and was owned by him from new . Always been stored correctly and sleeved
