Description
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, 1967
The record is on PARLOPHONE, MONO. PMC 7027. Parlophone, Yellow and black/ Silver text labels, Made in Gt. Britain, 1st pressing original
Side 1, XEX 637-1, 4/ARP (PLUS KT TAX CODE TO SPINDLE)
Side 2, XEX 638-1, 3/RLH
The record is in EX+ condition, except a few very light fine sleeve removal type marks can be seen when tilted in strong light which do not effect the sound. The introduction to side 2 has a small nick which produces a light click for a few rotations (maybe 4 or 5) just before the Indian drum (tabla) begins. Great MONO Sound, superb AUDIO, with vibrant sound for the songs, quiet in between tracks, no skips, jumps or sticking. The labels are extremely clean, no writing, and a few close light spindle marks.
The sleeve with internal flipbacks, printed and made by Garrord & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents Pending (see Photographs), is in NM Condition, very minimal storage wear, no splits to vibrant laminated front cover, lovely clean spine which normally suffers from laminate peeling but is intact with the copy. Inner Red and White sleeve is in NM, minor creasing, no writing and no splits! The Card insert is NM
