COMPLETE EARLY 1ST FIRST PRESSING

The Sleeve: Excellent condition. Gatefold sleeve
with internal top fold over flaps.
Fully laminated over front, rear, spine, all edges and inside, with no lifting or bubbling. All text clear and glossy and the pictorials have retained their original bright glossy colours. There is no creasing and there  are very little blemishes to note, just a few very light marks here and there. The gatefold is Excellent inside and the iconic photo of the Fab Four is superb with no creasing or marks, fully laminated, and the inside is as good as they come 50 years on. The opening edge is neat.
The outer spine edge is clean white with no fraying and  clear title text, very often not the case. The inner Spine has the lamination completely intact.
Catalogue number and 'Mono' stated on top corner reverse.

This is a neat and clean sleeve which holds record and inserts well.

Inner Sleeve: This is  the original 'Fools' psychedelic inner, completely intact - the side and bottom edges are all intact at the seams. This is also in Excellent condition.

Cut-Out's Card: original dark green cut-out's card in Excellent condition. No discoloration, no handwriting or writing imprints, no record ring wear, and complete and intact.
The Vinyl: In Excellent Condition. The vinyl surfaces retains bright black glossy finish and the surfaces still gleam, having an appearance that easily grades As Excellent. There are no hairline or stylus marks, no feel-able scratches. There are no dinks in the vinyl, no warps or scuffs and nothing adversely affecting the audio. There are some ultra light lines visible under bright light and these look like cleaning trails or sleeve insertion lines near outer rim and centre, very feint and only in a couple of areas. The vinyl surfaces are clean and smooth all over and there is no groove wear.
There are no scuffs, or warps to the vinyl.    The photographs were taken under direct bright light to show condition.
The record lays completely flat on the turntable.
The is a heavy slab of vinyl that weighs more than most and is 167 grams.

Labels are Excellent.  All text clear and bright, the perimeter area around the spindle location point is neat and there is very light trace of spindle lines. This record has been handled carefully.
Very Early Mother / Stamps - Side 1: 2 PD                                          - Side 2: 1 P
(Being 1st and 2nd Mothers, this vinyl pressing is very close to the Master recording, and with very low Stampers 6th and 69th this indicates an early pressing.  Very unusual to see such low mother/ Stampers for sale on Sgt. Pepper).

KT tax code code from the mid-sixties is embossed on Side 1. SOLD IN U.K. text across label and The Gramophone Co. Ltd text around rim.
Made in Gt. Britain txt at foot.
The Audio: The audio quality is Excellent overall matching its appearance. The LP plays from beginning to end on both sides smoothly with no aidio detraction to note. There are no skips, jumps, sticks, loud ticks or pops, and no background noise. Even static ticks usually audible on intro's near the start of each discs with the best copies are only occasionally audible on this disc, and there is nothing that can be heard over any audio at all. These heavy sixties pressings were made robust, and this is still with  bright and clear audio, and it should also be considered for its authenticity as an original Sgt Pepper 1st MONO artifact. The vocals are particularly crisp and clear and unaffected from any background noises, and the MONO base line is full bodies and how The Beatles intended it to be.
