The die-cut sleeve is VG it is clean but has some light creases in parts the edges are sharp and the spine text is clear and no seam splits, the disc is EX with some light wispy scratches on this German Parlophone picture disc issue PHO 7027 by The Beatles - "Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" the etched matrix and other marks are Side 1 PHO 7027 A "For George And Mabel" Side 2 PHO 7027 B1 "Another Winner From Ernie"
