The gate fold sleeve is EX+ it is very clean has no creases or seam splits and the spine text is sharp and clear, the cut out sleeve is EX+ it is very clean with no creases, the labels are EX+ and the vinyl is EX with light wispy dust scratches on this 1970s UK Parlophone album issue PCS7027 by The beatles - "Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band"
