The record has hardly any marks and grades NM. 

The fold out insert and cut out sheet has hardly any wear apart from some very light foxing and both grade EX+.

The gatefold sleeve (with Obi) has hardly any wear apart from the very lightest of corner wear and there is foxing along the top edge on the front and also on the inside, mainly along the top edge. The Obi has some foxing on the back too.  The sleeve grades EX.
