Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"---Original UK 1st Press MONO Album In EX/EX Condition On The Yellow/Black Parlophone Label--- -1 and -1 From 1967---With Mothers/Stampers 2 RGG and 3 RGM---"Sold In The UK" Text---Mistitled "A Little Help" Instead Of "With A Little Help" On Sleeve---Single Top Flip Gatefold---Dark Green Cut Out Insert---"Flame" Inner Sleeve----"A Day In The Life" On Label
This is a UK copy from 1967 in mono on the yellow/black Parlophone label, cat. no. PMC 7027 with matrices -1 and -1 and mothers/stampers 2 RGG and 3 RGM.
Vinyl: EX. The vinyl is in nice condition with a great shine and has quite a few very light wispy hairline marks. Most don't affect the play and most is close to NM sound but there is a sequence of ticks from the end of "When I'm 64" into "Rita" for 30 seconds and a little crackle right at the end of side 2. It does have that wonderful full mono sound quality.
Labels: EX. The labels are in very clean condition with no markings except for a light hairline. There is normal use spindle wear.
Sleeve: EX. The inside and out laminated sleeve is in very solid condition with lovely looking inner flips at top. It has some light edge and corner wear and a few creases and some heavy spine wear. There are 2 small "catches" in the laminate on the back. The cut out insert is VG+ with some light wear and the red and white "flame" inner sleeve is VG and has a few tears and creases.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
Many thanks for looking at this and our other vinyl to be auctioned.
Please note that all records we sell are listened to in their entirety and are graded generously according to Record Collector guidelines. None of the vinyl has jumps or skips unless advised in the description.
We can send by insured post if required--please check for price.
